Solution architect

The Solution Architect will design and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, guiding implementation teams and ensuring successful solution delivery. This role involves analyzing business problems, utilizing various development paradigms, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Strong database design and SQL skills are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with development paradigms (procedural, object-oriented, message-oriented, ETL).
• Strong database design and SQL experience.
• Experience implementing 3rd party systems.
• 8+ years of experience in systems support.
• Experience with SDLC (Waterfall, Agile) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills and project management experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer business (preferred).
