• Deploy and manage virtual machines using technologies like Hyper-V or VMware
• Configure server roles, features, and services based on organizational requirements
• Monitor server performance, resource utilization, and availability

• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues
• Ensure server security by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures
• Apply security patches, updates, and service packs in a timely manner
• Monitor server logs for security breaches and take appropriate actions
• Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for Windows servers
• Perform regular backups and ensure the integrity and availability of server data

• Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units
• Configure and enforce Group Policies to maintain security and standardization
