Job Description
We are seeking a Cement Pump Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience operating remedial cementing equipment and will be familiar with air systems and hydraulic systems. The operator will work along the rig or unit crew, performing field tasks associated with cementing operations.
Requirements
- Active and in good standing CDL
- At least one (1) year of cement pumping experience
- At least one (1) year of pump down or reverse unit experience operation
- Working knowledge of running high horsepower pumping equipment
- Ability to calculate well-bore volumes, pump volumes and capable of displacing well fluid with cement
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written in English
- Basic math skills and problem solving and organizational skills
- Reliable telephone (cell phone) communication and transportation
