Cleaner - Affinity at Billings

We are seeking a people-focused Cleaner for our 55 and older active adult community - Affinity at Billings. As the Cleaner, you will be responsible for general housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the community.

Requirements

• Maintain a community culture focused on enhancing our residents' way of life while providing excellent customer service and a supportive home environment.
• Build strong rapport with residents of the community.
• Clean offices, bathrooms, amenity spaces and common areas daily.
• Assist in removing debris from outside public spaces, amenity spaces, and common area, and empty public trash cans.
• Comply with all company policies/procedures and Fair Housing laws.
