Job Description
Axonify is a frontline operations platform for customer-facing businesses. The company is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to discover new sources of demand and own the marketing systems that turn experimentation into repeatable, measurable growth. The role is responsible for designing and running growth experiments, instrumenting and optimizing product-assisted demand experiences, and improving signal quality. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or GTM systems roles, and a strong understanding of funnels, lifecycle logic, and experimentation frameworks.
