We are looking for a service-oriented Office Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our Tel Aviv headquarters. You will manage daily reception, vendor relations, and logistical operations for a bustling office of 250 employees.
Requirements
- Front Desk & Access Management: Serve as the primary onsite contact for guests and vendors, managing badge access, guest registration, and all incoming/outgoing mail and courier logistics.
- Office & Facility Operations: Execute daily walkthroughs of 2-3 office floors to ensure maintenance standards, stocking kitchen and office supplies, and resolving facility issues.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Source and coordinate external service providers (cleaning, catering, maintenance), including processing POs, managing invoices, and reconciling expenses.
- Cross-Functional Logistics: Execute the operational side of employee onboarding/offboarding, including workstation setup, equipment collection, and welcome kit preparation in partnership with HR and IT.
