Regional Business Director, Auvelity (Tennessee Region)

Axsome Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company seeking a Regional Business Director to lead commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish a team of Account Managers, execute marketing strategies, and ensure a successful launch. The RBD will be responsible for sales performance at a Region level and is expected to be a product champion and exhibit the business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders and future trends within the marketplace.

Requirements

• BA or BS required. Advanced degree preferred
• 5 years or more of field leadership experience and/or payer account management and/or demonstrated sales success with increasing responsibility and organizational leadership
• Previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience preferred with at least three to five years spent in a position with demonstrated 1st line leadership groups
