Axual is looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to build and lead a performance-driven marketing function from the ground up, focusing on growth strategy, funnel performance, and pipeline results.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing
- Proven success running CRO experiments, optimising paid media, and driving pipeline-focused campaigns
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and experimentation loops
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Product to align growth initiatives with GTM motions
- A leadership mindset: you love guiding others while staying hands-on and execution-driven
