Job Description
The Director, Workforce Solutions - Per Diem will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems, winning new per diem business, and helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of business development experience in the staffing industry
- An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
- Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
- Proof of selling enterprise level staffing programs to all healthcare staffing leadership levels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
