Job Description
Your mission is to establish your own limited liability company and take over the operational management of a B&B Hotel, with a focus on high occupancy rates and revenues. You will be responsible for daily operations, team management, and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Operational and/or administrative experience in hospitality
- Team leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to establish and run a limited liability company
- Passion and commitment to driving hotel success
- Excellent guest orientation and quality focus
