Chevy Chase Trust, a privately owned investment think tank, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Associate to deliver exceptional service to clients. This role supports daily account operations and administrative functions, requiring strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a client-focused approach. The position has no supervisory responsibilities, focusing on delivering a positive client experience.

Requirements

• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients and internal team members
• Responding promptly to requests and inquiries, resolving issues with a client-first approach
• Preparing and processing cash contributions and distributions
• Handling client calls and assisting with transactions
• Monitoring daily cash positions and account activity
• Managing assets and maintaining accurate financial records
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
