Requirements

• Reviews customer communications to determine customer's needs
• Examines returned merchandise to determine condition and checks for accessories
• Determines the placement of the merchandise (i.e. stock, returned to vendor, used, back to customer)
• Enters return into system
• Processes refund, credit, restocking fee, etc. based on B&H policies
• Creates new order if exchange is requested
• Repacks merchandise to new condition, if recategorized as new
