Expatriate Payroll Specialist

B2Gold Corp., a responsible international gold producer based in Vancouver, BC, is seeking an Expatriate Payroll Specialist to manage payroll, tax administration, and reporting for their international jurisdictions. This full-time, permanent position involves a variety of tasks related to accounting, benefits, compliance, and vendor management. The role requires collaboration with HR and accounting teams and acts as a backup for senior Payroll Administration.

Requirements

• Prepare and manage expatriate end-to-end payrolls including reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, taxable benefits and incentives are recorded and verified
• Research, coordinate, and implement payroll requirements for expatriate payrolls
• Assist with payroll system enhancements and implementations
• Stay updated with industry best practices
