Senior Business Analyst - Finance

B2Gold is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Finance to support, optimize, and enhance the Company's financial systems. This role will partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure systems are stable, compliant, and aligned with the Company's long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in financial systems, business analysis or a related role
• Previous experience supporting and enhancing financial systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
