Sr. Contract Geologist

B2Gold is seeking a Sr. Contract Geologist to oversee comprehensive field studies, collect and analyze geological data, and contribute to resource estimation. The position is based in Nunavut, Canada, and is a fly-in-fly-out 3x3 rotation.

Requirements

• Five years' experience in drill core logging and drill contractor management
• Bachelor of Science degree in Geology or related discipline
• Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo) designation and membership in the Nunavut Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientist (NAPEG) or ability to obtain same
• Experience in Orogenic/Banded Iron Formation (BIF) gold and familiarity with MX Deposit
