We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Operational Management Consultant with a focus on Pega as a platform for business development within banking and insurance. The successful candidate will lead workshops and requirement work related to Pega initiatives and drive feasibility studies and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultant
- Worked with Pega in a business-oriented role
- Understand how Pega is used for case management, workflow, and customer processes
- Confident in dialogue with both business and IT
- Experience from banking or insurance
- Accustomed to taking responsibility, driving forward, and creating structure in complex environments
- Identify yourself as an analyst and change leader
