Job Description
Compassionate Substance Abuse Counselor Supervisor is sought to supervise Counselors and Counselors Interns in the treatment and casework services of patients in BayMark’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring timely documentation, identifying client needs, managing finances, and assisting with new hire training. The role involves providing clinical supervision, quality assurance, and adherence to code of conduct.
Requirements
- SUD Counselor in CA with supervisory experience preferred
- Minimum of Bachelors in Behavioral Science or equivalent.
- Experience with SUD, ability to develop treatment plans, excellent communication skills
- Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
- Salary range between $71,656.00 to $76,818.00 annually
