Job Description
BAART Program is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse to dispense medications as part of a treatment team. The role involves dispensing prescribed medications, maintaining equipment, managing inventory, and reporting patient treatment information. A non-judgmental attitude toward Substance Use Disorder patients is expected.
Requirements
- BAART Program LPN/LVN license in Louisiana
- Current CPR certification
- EMR & computer proficiency (desired)
- Experience in chemical dependency preferred
- Must have a positive attitude towards individuals in substance abuse treatment
- Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check
