Job Description
BAART Program is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic LPN/LVN to dispense medications in a treatment team setting. Responsibilities include medication administration, equipment maintenance, inventory management, patient assessment, and reporting. Ideal candidate has a non-judgmental attitude towards Substance Use Disorder patients.
Requirements
- Current & good standing LPN/LVN license in California
- Current CPR certification
- EMR & computer proficiency
- Experience in chemical dependency preferred
