Residential Behavior Technician (DSP) - FT/PT

The Residential-Based Behavior Technician works directly with residents in a group home and performs various duties assisting residents in accomplishing daily life activities and achieving personal goals as outlined in their plan of care.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Ability to interpret and apply the policies and procedures of behavior intervention or seek assistance from supervisor as needed
• Ability to deal tactfully and harmoniously with personnel, supported persons, family members, visitors, government agencies, and general public
