Head of Finance - Marine

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead financial operations across our Marine contracts in both Australia and New Zealand. The role involves strategic financial management, leadership of teams, and driving performance across multiple sites and countries.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Professional qualification in CA/CPA
• Extensive experience in financial business partnering, including leadership of teams and strategic financial planning across complex environments
• Commercial, Contract or Subcontract experience in Defence or other high-risk industries and understanding of contracting methods including EAC, Fixed Price, Cost plus
• Legally entitled to work in New Zealand and capable of obtaining a New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF) Security Clearance
