HVAC Mechanic A

Maintains, inspects, operates, and repairs building HVAC and refrigeration systems, hot water systems, and components at Babson College. Adjusts systems for optimal performance to maintain compliance with state/local building and heating/cooling codes and regulations.

Requirements

• Certification for reclaiming refrigerants from technical school or program
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent technical school certification
• Massachusetts Refrigeration license
• At least 4-6 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC control systems
