Job Description
Babylist is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the E-commerce business and drive performance optimization. This role involves analyzing financial metrics, leading cross-functional data analysis, and providing actionable insights to improve the company's financials. The team aims to connect families with the products they need to thrive, expanding from a startup to a full ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A (preferably in an e-commerce or high-growth tech company)
- Strong background in E-commerce metrics (AOV, gross to net, unit economics)
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and large dataset management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills (data visualization)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in pricing and promotional performance analysis
