Job Description
BabyOne, a market leader in baby and toddler products with over 100 locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, is seeking a Deputy Branch Manager (f/m/d) for their Göttingen store. In this part-time role, you will support the branch management, create a positive shopping experience for customers, and contribute to a strong team spirit.
Requirements
- Feel at home in retail and have a good feel for customer wishes.
- Find the baby world interesting.
- Completed training and have initial experience in retail, especially in sales.
- Willing to take on more responsibility and take the first step into a leadership role.
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and composed.
- Willing to support the team on Saturdays.
