Job Description
Dymax is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Engineer to ensure chemical manufacturing operations meet all regulatory requirements. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining PSM programs, coordinating regulatory reviews, and conducting incident investigations. The company is a global leader in advanced-performance materials for UV/EB energy applications.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field
- Trained PHA Facilitator or LOPA Leader preferred
- OSHA 1910.120 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification required
- 5+ years of equivalent work experience in chemical manufacturing
- Practical experience in hazard analysis, risk assessment, OSHA PSM elements, emergency response, and EHS systems
- Demonstrated involvement in PHAs, MOCs, RCAs, and internal audits
- Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal
