Job Description
As a Solutions Engineer within the Solutions Engineering team of Backbase, you will design and evangelize end-state solutions for digital transformations, collaborating closely with prospects. The role involves providing technical expertise, leading proof of concepts, and driving the sales cycle from technology deep dives to customer engagement. This position requires a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience as a digital banking consultant for a leading vendor
- Smart, digital savvy and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent English and Spanish speaking, writing, and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to drive progress and meet deadlines
