Contract Admin Sr

BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to join its organization. The hybrid position will support execution of the contract management role & responsibilities across the business portfolio. The Senior Contract Administrator will lead complex contracting assignments, develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers, and negotiate and manage contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years relevant experience
• Highly developed critical thinking and communication skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team-building skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to effect and manage change
• Fixed Price Contract experience
• Functional knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
• Experience with complex contracts and proposal preparation and execution
