Job Description
Jumpstart your career as a Cybersecurity professional with BAE Systems, supporting and protecting information systems critical to national security. Requirements
- Support adherence to all aspects of a rigorous Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance program
- Maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) approvals for various systems
- Support cybersecurity efforts throughout the RMF process
- Enforce System Security Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
- Assess and audit systems security controls
- Partner with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM)
- Have a minimum of High School Diploma with 3 or more years of experience or Degree and 2 years of experience
- Have IAM Level I certification commensurate with DoD 8570.1M requirements (or ability to obtain certification within 6 months)
- Have a high level of personal motivation and initiative to learn and acquire new skills
- Be a customer focused, excellent communicator
- Have strong organizational skills
- Be able to interface with other IA team members, other security disciplines, and program personnel
- Have a basic understanding of simple networks, operations systems and computer functions
- Have coursework in a technical discipline
- Have a working knowledge of system functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures
- Have experience with auditing and certifying compliance of various systems
- Have experience with the preparation of Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documents and procedures
- Have experience with development and delivery of IA-related briefings and training material
- Have experience with compliance and vulnerability scanning tools
