BAE Systems is seeking a Principal RF Test Engineer to join our team in southern New Hampshire. The selected candidate is required to have experience in Developing Production Test solutions for testing and validating radio frequency (RF) systems and components.

Requirements

• Developing Production Test solutions for testing and validating radio frequency (RF) systems and components
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and reliability of RF products through rigorous testing and analysis
• Collaborating with design engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute test plans
• Design, develop and troubleshoot test solutions to support DVT (Design Verification Testing) and high-volume production testing
• Performing high-volume RF testing using advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
• Mentoring and providing technical support and guidance to other team members in the RF domain
• Analyzing test data and providing detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability
• Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on testability and reliability
• Collaborating with design engineers to identify and resolve design / testability issues early in the development process
