Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an Electrical System Engineer to provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary system team. The successful candidate will work on developing electronic products for various complex, high precision, and high reliability applications, including space payloads.
Requirements
- Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary system team
- Work with subject matter experts to define space-based electronics systems and components
- Lead resolution of electrical hardware anomalies
- Compose objective, quantifiable trade studies
- Maintain end-to-end electrical compatibility
- Hands-on involvement in every aspect of design, development, production, and test
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design phase
- Present analysis, findings, and design to peers, internal management, and customers
