Engineering Manager (Electronic Hardware Design)

We are looking for an Engineering Manager (Electronic Hardware Design) to develop purpose-fit processes for engineering excellence, provide valuable input into our Electronics Hardware engineering strategies, and inspire teams to embrace innovative paradigms.

Requirements

• Managing large teams or teams of teams through Electronic Hardware design and development lifecycles
• Demonstrable leadership skills, in order to drive growth
• Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders, being able to deliver information at all levels and influence decision making
• Electronic Hardware engineering background with a relevant qualification or experience
• Ideally experience with Avionic Systems, Mission Systems, Safety Critical Control Systems, or Realtime Embedded/Display Systems
