BAE Systems is looking for Senior Exploitation Analysts to support our government customer. These Analysts will perform research, analysis, and reporting on technical intelligence, design scripts and analytic models to exploit collected media or technical data, and support Civilian and Military intelligence professionals in application of advanced analytic techniques.

• Exploit media and technical data to derive useful intelligence
• Perform research, analysis, and reporting on technical intelligence
• Transform technical collection into meaningful narratives
• Design scripts and analytic models to exploit collected media or technical data
• Guide intelligence collectors to critical information
• Work in teams to analyze technical information and execute complex intelligence operations
• Support Civilian and Military intelligence professionals in application of advanced analytic techniques
• Support the innovation of solutions to customer's most challenging intelligence problems
• Provide systematic improvement to customers intelligence collection and analysis processes
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Support Units and the Company
• Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment
