Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking a Hardware Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical engineers. The ideal candidate will have leadership, technical, and project management experience, as well as experience with leading multi-disciplined engineering teams through one or more phases of the hardware product lifecycle. The position requires a strong understanding of hardware engineering processes and the ability to drive activities to closure.
