Job Description
We are seeking a unique and motivated individual to provide Operations Program Manager leadership in a growing, state-of-the-art factory. The Operations Program Manager is responsible for coordinating all Operations activities on a program, including manufacturing, technical operations, and supplier partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
- Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
- Project management skills or manufacturing/supply chain skills
- Knowledge of Operations functions
- Skills in data analysis, leading several small teams, effective communications, proposals, spreadsheet creation and management, and basic finance process comprehension
- PMP Certification
