Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an entry level or experienced Operations Program Manager to join their team in the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Product Line's Production Portfolio. The role involves coordinating all Operations activities on a program, including manufacturing, technical operations, and supplier partnerships. The ideal candidate should have project management skills, knowledge of Operations functions, and experience with Cost Account Management and Earned Value Management Systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience or equivalent experience
- Cost Account Management (CAM) and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of Operations functions
- Data analysis skills
- Leadership presentation skills
