Job Description
Operations Program Manager will oversee and manage Operations project(s) and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the defense industry
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and present to senior leadership and customers
