Requirements

• Experience leading a team, ideally in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Health and safety practices, including IOSH or NEBOSH certification
• SAP system experience
• Knowledge of COMAH regulations or hazardous environments
• Engineering degree or time-served apprenticeship
