Quality Tech IV

The Incoming/Receiving Inspector lead position will work within BAE's Supplier Quality department for the review and inspection of purchased material. The inspector lead shall verify conformance of incoming materials by performing various inspection types on a wide array of commodities of material.

Requirements

• High School/GED and at least 2+ years of experience in similar inspection role
• Experience with inspecting circuit card assemblies, printed wiring boards, electrical components, and mechanical parts using common inspection tools
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
• Familiarity with Military and Industry specifications and standards
• Ability to review and verify conformance and traceability documentation
• Ability to interpret and inspect to technical specifications and drawings
• Ability to navigate and organize information within a Quality Management System Database
• Inspection of Printed Wiring Boards per IPC-A-600, Inspection of Circuit Card Assemblies per IPC-A-610
