Job Description
The Senior Submarine Stealth Engineer will collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and develop low signature equipment, systems, and the whole platform, while supporting the generation of acoustic, electromagnetic, and non-acoustic signature reports and reviewing system design documentation.
Requirements
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design and develop low signature equipment, systems, and the whole platform
- Support the generation of acoustic, electromagnetic, and non-acoustic signature reports
- Review system design documentation to ensure electromagnetic and non-acoustic signature requirements have been addressed
- Identify and develop modelling work packages to predict electromagnetic and non-acoustic signature performance
- Collaborate with the Stealth Engineering Test team to develop test procedures and analysis in test cells
- Interpret acoustic, electromagnetic, and non-acoustic measurement and assessment of submarine machinery
- Support large scale acoustic, electromagnetic, and non-acoustic signature trials during major commissioning activities
