Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Nashua, NH production workforce.
Requirements
- Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
- Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
- Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
- Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
- Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators
- Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role.
- Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- High School Diploma, 6+ year's experience
- 4+ years of experience in the industry
- CompTIA Security+ Certification
- Active Security Clearance or ability to gain Clearance within 6 months
