Job Description
We offer a range of flexible working arrangements, and as a TRAM Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage engineering staff or business partnerships/sub-contracts. You will be responsible for ensuring each team member is assessed, developed, deployed, and skilled to maximize their personal contribution and meet contract requirements.
Requirements
- Lead and manage engineering staff or business partnerships/sub-contracts
- Ensure team members are assessed, developed, deployed, and skilled to meet contract requirements
- Perform engineering planning, management, and review activities to ensure products are integrated, safe, and delivered within agreed requirements
- Ensure capability and skills development, performance optimization, and efficient use of engineering and functional resources
- Assure the maturity of developed solutions and capture technical risks and opportunities
- Chartered status or the ability to obtain chartership
