Bailey Nelson is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our store in Christchurch CBD! The role involves supporting the Store Manager & Optometrist in running a successful store, executing the customer journey, and running the store on rostered days off. Requirements

• Solid experience in Optics at a supervisor or management level
• Leadership skills and a commitment to training and developing your team
• Must be available to work 38 hours a week on a Sunday - Thursday roster
