Finance Manager - Coinvest

Bain Capital is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Coinvest Finance Group. The Finance Manager will contribute to the team in a leadership role, overseeing the accounting and operations of various Coinvest partnerships, taking the lead on certain non-accounting functional areas and processes, and participating in team planning and development.

Requirements

• 6-8 years accounting experience in the financial service industry with a solid understanding of investments and partnerships
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Creative problem solving ability and sound judgment
• Team oriented and professional, with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact with all levels
• Entrepreneurial self-starter, ability to operate with limited supervision
• Experience managing direct reports
• Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
• Advanced MS Office, particularly Excel
