Senior Legal Affairs Associate

The Senior Legal Affairs Associate will work closely with the internal legal team and external legal advisors on a full range of legal issues facing Bain Capital’s holding company, its investment advisers, affiliated funds and portfolio companies.

Requirements

• Work closely with internal legal team and external legal advisors
• Support cross-functional teams
• Oversee entity management
• Own the complete KYC lifecycle
• Maintain legal and corporate records
• Work with outside counsel
• Contribute to the tracking, drafting and submission of regulatory filings
• Perform other duties as needed
