Job Description
Baker Distributing is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to manage HVAC residential and contractor sales. This role involves developing client relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding market share within a growing wholesale distributor network. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused professional with a proven track record in sales and a proactive approach to client needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Clean driving record with no restrictions
- 2-4 years sales experience within HVAC
- 2-4 years of residential/commercial contractor relationships
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
