Pānui Mai | Read to Me is a New Zealand charity dedicated to improving children’s reading confidence through one-on-one volunteer sessions and community partnerships with local schools. We're seeking a Trustee with funding expertise to help drive the next stage of our growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in securing fundraising, philanthropy, partnerships or commercial sponsorships
- Strong networks and connections, ideally across business, philanthropy, Iwi, community, or corporate sectors
- Strategic thinking and confidence advising at a governance level
- Commitment to supporting equitable literacy outcomes for tamariki
- Ability to attend regular Trustee meetings (remote options available) and contribute between meetings as needed
