Job Description
The Mental Health Worker at Bakersfield Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is responsible for providing basic nursing care, aiding with activities of daily living, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. The position is an hourly, non-exempt, overtime-eligible position with a wage starting at $21.00 for all new hires.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Handle-With-Care Physical Restraint Technique Training
- At least 6 months of experience focused on human behavior, psychiatry, psychology, social services and related field
