Job Description
Director of Rooms position at an ultra-luxury resort in Muscat, Oman, responsible for leading the Rooms Division and delivering exceptional products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hotel management
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to live in a remote location for extended periods of time and travel on single status
- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting financial performance
- Knowledge of hotel operations, inventory management, and policies regarding reservations, discounts, and room bookings
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of current industry standards and trends
- Technical skills in MS Office and hotel systems including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms
