Requirements

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks in line with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, scenario analysis, and stress testing.
• Ensure compliance with MiFID II regulations and risk management guidelines.
• Oversee compliance with DORA and enhance operational resilience.
• Provide independent risk oversight and challenge risk-taking activities.
• Develop and enhance operational risk management practices.
