Bartender - Casino Main Bar

Bally's Corporation is seeking a Part Time Bartender to join their team at the Casino Main Bar in Evansville, IN. The successful candidate will prepare drinks quickly and accurately, maintain a working knowledge of products and recipes, and ensure proper controls at the service and main bar.

Requirements

• Prepares all drinks quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Maintains a working knowledge of all products and recipes served at the bar
• Charges the correct price for each drink sold and maintains proper controls at the service and main bar at all times
• Accounting for all guest checks, cash, and credit cards
• Balances the drawer at the end of the shift
• Participates in proper bar maintenance, cleaning, stocking, and setting up
• Protects the liquor license at all times by checking IDs properly, not serving drinks to intoxicated persons, etc.
• Restocks liquor bottles and maintains an accurate bottle par
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Maintains a neat and clean bar and floor
